- 3 Step 3: Register through One-Time Registration (OTR)
- 4 Step 4: Fill the online application form
- 5 Step 5: Upload photograph and signature
- 6 Step 6: Pay application fee online (General: Rs. 100, SC/ST/PH/Female: Nil)
- 7 Step 7: Submit and take printout of application
