| Junior Engineer (Civil) | Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from institutions recognized by AICTE/UGC. Or final year students of Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. |
| Junior Engineer (Electrical) | Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering OR combination of Electrical/Electronics from recognized institutions. |
| Junior Engineer (Mechanical) | Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Mechatronics from recognized institutions. |
| Junior Engineer (S&T) | Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, IT or allied disciplines. |
| Depot Material Superintendent | Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline from recognized institutions. |
| Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant | B.Sc with Physics and Chemistry OR Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering. |
